Repair Clark County, a program of Columbia Springs, hosts free events where community members can bring broken items to be fixed by skilled volunteers. In 2018, the program fixed 855 items for Clark County residents with a repair rate of 84%!
The first event of 2019 will take place on January 15th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at ReTails Thrift Store (5000 E Fourth Plan Blvd., Vancouver, WA). Bring: broken appliances and electronics, clothing that needs mending, or tools that need sharpening! View the complete 2019 schedule here.
Do you have skills you want to share? Come to the Repair Clark County Volunteer Training on January 9th from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Water Resource Center to get involved.
Let’s all save money, reduce waste, share our knowledge, and build a repair community!
