Earth-friendly Garden Tour

Be inspired by local gardeners who use natural gardening techniques.

The Earth-friendly Garden Tour is an opportunity for Clark County residents to be inspired by local gardeners who use natural gardening techniques. Earth-friendly gardens are healthier for children, pets and the environment.

Earth-friendly gardens use natural pest remedies, alternatives to chemicals, and often incorporate plant species which support native wildlife.

The self-guided tour highlights several attractive and productive gardens, with host gardeners and volunteers on hand to answer questions about how to grow healthy and attractive flowers, vegetables and lawns.

On July 10, 2010 the WSU Master Gardeners Garden Tour in Clark County will include some Earth-friendly gardens on their annual garden tour. Please contact the WSU extension office at (360) 397-6060 for more information.
