The Master Composter/Recycler Program educates and inspires the community about sustainability methods such as backyard composting and organic waste diversion methods, waste reduction and recycling.
Trained volunteers do this education by hosting backyard composting workshops, attending community events with our booth chock-full of composting and recycling how-to information, teaching low-cost community wormshops, operating composting demonstration sites, and speaking to neighborhood or community groups.
